Our customers
Our customers come in all shapes and sizes from the textile industry and a few other industries as well. Sometimes, we print directly on the fabric for an end product and sometimes, our customer is a sub supplier himself.
Some customers have a supplier policy demanding full secrecy. We respect that. We will not publish the customer’s name, nor his print project without his consent.
In most cases, the discretion is only required in terms of patterns and fabric. Your ideas are in safe hands with scan htp. Confidentiality is a natural part of our business.
We will not show you other customers’ print projects
It is probably any designers’ nightmare to spend time, energy and money on developing a new unique pattern only to find the exact same pattern in the catalogue from a competitor. We assure you that you will not experience that in cooperation with scan htp.
We are irritatingly discrete. We do take the confidentiality agreements we sign with our customers very seriously. And the same goes for your project – we won’t tell or show it to anybody else.
Product development is a private matter – also for scan htp
We participate in many innovation projects of both pattern design and print techniques. We understand perfectly that our customers want to keep their cards close to their chest. Being first and best is all that matters. That’s it – we feel the same way. Our own business lives on innovation, and we love it.
Stop!
We are happy to have our print production at hand in our own production facilities in Denmark. Many of our Scandinavian and European customers pass by and enjoy the personal chat with a designer or a technician.
However, access to our production area is restricted. In rare cases, we will arrange a final inspection together with a customer, but only after ensuring full discretion for any other ongoing projects.
